Here is a 16 year old clip from the convention. This was Joe's first time on the show and boy did he know how to capture a crowd. I thought Scotty would fall off the stage.

This was before "Theawfuless" was born. And you know the rest of the story.

Enjoy and let me hear from you.

Is that Russ Wever going to funky-town on bass?

I've never liked that song, but Joe's playing on it is just awesome.

Hey b0b, anyone ever tell you that you have passing resemblance to Randy Bachman? Wink

I'm with b0b, I never cared much for the song, but Joes' playing on it puts the song in a whole new perspective fore me!
Great clip! Laughing

Another great clip Bill. Even back then Joe could make you sit up and take notice. Anyone that has not seen this guy in action does not know what they are missing. Thanks again to you, Scotty and to Joe for bringing this to us

Joe seems to be playing a lot of licks in 1991 that many folks think Robert Randolph invented last week.
