Due to the popularity of the George L's audio cable system, I thought I would order some of their speaker cable for my rack (inside) system speaker wiring. This is not an endorsement of the cable, just some detailed pics so you can see what this stuff is.

The cable appears to be pretty ordinary 60 degrees (Insulation) celsius copper 16/2 zip cord with a rib on one side for polarity identification. I expected it to be round like most speaker cable so I'm not sure this stuff will roll up and lay flat like most of my cables. The plugs are typical George L's with a center pin post that stabs the noniribbed conductor and a set screw that grabs the ribbed conductor. While these are not shielded, they should work fine in any low impedance speaker system. The pics below include the assembly instructions.
