Well, it looks like it was originally an 8 pedal D10 (MSA didn't build SD-10 Classic models), and it came with the MSA built-in fuzz unit, denoted by the 2 extra holes in the rear rail. The volume and tone controls have obviously been removed, along with the fuzz unit. Can't tell for sure, but it appears the original 5-8 pedal brackets were sawed out of the pedalboard. Whoa!

Also, I'd guess the SN is really 2C160.

Does the guitar have a hole for back neck Changer in the body?
It may have been a double neck and someone tore up a nice double neck. It looks like someone done a lot of work removing the pedal brackets from the pedal bar. My MSA S10 had brackets for 8 pedals, But only 4 pedals installed.
