If you are going to clip an EFX box to the leg of your guitar, it's a good idea to also swap out the stomp button for a toggle switch !!!
I have both a Sarno Earth Drive, and a MXR Reso effect box fitted with toggle switches -- so much easier to activate than a stomp button with your hand :-}

I have a super compact/lightweight mic stand that I clip onto my steel leg. I love it. It fits in with my legs/rods/pedal rack too.
