Jeff Newman - Tie A Yellow Ribbon & Friends

I got this book on ebay a couple of years ago and dug it out tonight. And while I was looking through an old pedal steel magazine, I noticed an article (or ad) about the book.

All I got was the Newman book. But it seems that there was also a 45rpm record that came with it. Does anyone have this record? I'd like to buy a copy of it.

Also, does anyone have any of the older Newman stuff that was out around this time? I'm still also looking for the Woodshed Workshop videos. I've found only one so far.
