Just wanted to put in a good word for Volume 1 of Mike Sigler's (Holly Dunn's steel player) new instructional CD series, "5 Easy Hot Country Intros". Real easy-to-follow - no tablature required as he talks you through an E9 4/4 shuffle intro, 3/4 intro, 2/4 intro and 2 vamp intros. Further details on Mike's website www.freewebs.com/mikesigler or e-mail him at mikesigler2003@yahoo.com
Mike says future volumes will get into speedpicking, open string stuff, and ballads.
I caught Mike's performance at Chattanooga this year - great country steel playing and that GFI Ultra kicks butt!
