| boy I didn't know these things were that popular but I had 9 request for the ad-9,even had a few that offered more money than I ask ,I appreiciate that but in all fairness I feel I have to take the offers in the order that I recieved them so I'll start down the list in that order thanks for all the reply's.Rand looks like you have first shot.I'll send you an email. |

Lee, I appreciate your integrity for selling to the first guy willing to pay the asking price rather than to a later offer of more money. I feel this practice of offering more to deprive the first guy who offered to buy as a real detriment to this great Forum certainly not playing fair. Anyone who has been on the "passed over" side of one of those deals knows exactly what I mean. If it's an auction, different story.
