can anyone use this? DOD mystic blue overdrive

I gave a guy needing gas money 30.00 dollars for a DOD mystic blue overdrive fx102 still in the box. It is marked 80.00. I have no use for it whatsoever!! Anyone that might need it, my 30.00 back and its yours. Man , hard to believe there could be broke musicians traveling the road at these small 2.00 a gal. gas prices.
