Charlie, try the Emmons Guitar Co., I just purchased a 5th knee lever for my old push-pull from them. They were very helpful and the service was great. Now all I gotta do is figure out how to install it.

Thanks, I think I will need some expertise in reconfiguring my knee levers. As far as getting the parts, I bought the knee lever as a kit. Two emails and one phone call to the Emmons Co. and a week later it arrived in the mail.
