It's called "I'm Gonna Getcha" or I'n Going to Get You" or some variant thereof. It's really non-country, but I liked that the steel part was integral to the arrangement and melody of the song.

Paul Franklin did a fantastic job on that song. I'm disappointed that they took the steel track out of the pop version, but that's a record label for you. Very cool nonetheless.

I'd be shocked if it WASN'T Paul Franklin. He's been on most of her other stuff. Seems like John Hughey has been on some tunes and Sonny Garrish on some of the early stuff. I've only heard a tune or two, but it sounded like Paul to me.
