Just got a call from a local studio interested in hiring me for a session. Can you guys give me a ballpark on what I should charge? Any tips to help me look more professional? This will be my first pro seesion work!

Im excited, and dont wanna blow it!

Wow! In Austin, you can get a room full of good guitar players for $1.75 and a 12-pack of Lone Star!

Thanks for the input. Told the guy $40 an hour 2 hour minimum, and he didnt blink! Got the gig!!!! I was nervous about being up to the task, then he said it was a blues tune and Knockin on heavans door. So Im not worried about coming up with some nice stuff.

Will report how my first "session gig" went!
