We played there two years ago backing Hank Thompson and Marti Brom. This festival is huge, I think we played for some 30 000 people on Friday night and probably around 100 000 attend every year. My first experience of a stadium sized gig. The scenery and the towns around Mirande are really beautiful, ( make sure you visit the town of Condom  ). |

Jussi; Been there done that.
I was just down in the area visiting Crowbear.
The south of france is one of the prettiest places around.
My band is too new to be in the festival, we basically missed this whole festival season, but we are going to listen and play the parking lot acoustic bit anyway. Just for the fun of it. |

Hi Guys I will check on thet Lyon festival.
My band missed the booking season by a few months so we plan on haunting a few festivals here to get on next years lists early.
Lyon sounds just fine to me. I will check it out and get back to you.
