Driving to work this morning, I heard Neil Youngs "Heart of Gold". This has quite a bit of steel on it. Is this Sneaky Pete? JD? Lloyd? Curious here. |

I have the LP, the CD, the 8 track, and the cassette of this album of Neil Young's. It's one of my all time favorites. And yes, Ben Keith is the steeler on this and other cuts on the Harvest album. I like his backup stuff on "Old Man (take a look at my life)". Real Tuff Stuff. I think Ben was playing an Emmons single 10 with 3 flr & 4 knees when this was recorded. He's into producing a lot now. I think he produces Jewel now as well as his work with NY.
