After checking around and getting prices from $10-20 for an amphenol connector I need, turns out a switchcraft 2501F can be ordered from Sam Ash for $3!!!! It pays to do some checking.

I've found that what the guys at Sam Ash say they can get and what they actually can deliver are two different things.
I tried to order some things and after waiting for a couple of months I gave up and went somewhere else.

I think they have a "sister" company which is called "Rapco." You can also order a lot of the same merchandise through them.
