I have reached a delimma with a client about the way the Website links need to be done. To participate, go to http://www.king.cullifer.com and note the style of the links bar at the top. Then go to the Profile page and look at the links there. Which do you like better?

IMHO, the front page links are too bold...

Truth is, I prefer the bold. But just to make your life miserable, I'd choose {c}neither of the above/somewhere in between.
Although the bold is a little overkill, the other seems too insubstantial.
None of my business but hey, you asked .

In that typeface, the bold has more of a finished, professional look.

I second bob's opinion. I think the bold attracts the eye more if the viewer decides to navigate away from the current page.

The bold separates the links from the body of text on the page. It's a better design.

Thank you for the opinions.

I have changed the font to Verdana just as an experiment. Unfortunately, I can't make it bold because of the screen wrapping, but tell me what you think.
