Actually I've used EB and AB EJ pots for 25 years of HARD STEADY use. They last 5 to 7 years.

I suppose I've done it before, but I plugged my PIII directly into my basment 500 both with and without the pedal.

About 30% loss in the EB Pots!

Considering the $269 or so price, I did the numbers..

I'd have to soon buy my fourth ABEJ pot, considering I coud find one, to keep going at 60% signal for another five to seven years.

At 25 bucks apiece, I figure the Hilton will pay for itself in.. let's see...

70 years. Plus or minus a few..

I can't wait.

Maybe Mr. Seymore will sell me two for 600$

How can I lose?

You'll like it. Every now and then I use my spare Goodrich pot pedal. I really notice the tone difference between low and high volume.

The Hilton's response is flat thruout the entire range of the pedal.
