Anyone know if there is a site with diagrams of professional (and otherwise) setups like that on guitargeek.com? That is a great resource for standard players wanting to know what is used to get a sound, besides great hands and minds.

wow... guitargeek.com has an interesting layout;
click on a player for some band...
a list tells the details of the axe(s) a player uses(year color, other) and then has a color pictogram of their stompbox fx layout in order of signal chain... then a picture of the amp used.

hmmm

I love their "about" page...

I was talking about electronic, bOb. More often than not they probably go thru the mix in the studio, but some may be willing to divulge what they use when not in the studio.
It's great that many players on the forum add theirs in a footnote.
