Goodrich MV-31 Volume pedal

I recently bought one of these on Ebay. It is a low profile design, and has 1 input and 3 outputs, does anyone know why it was configured this way? Maybe outputs for two amps and a tuner? It also has a preamp or line driver built in. Does anyone else out there use one of these?
