I'd like to replace my Newman VHS tapes with DVDs. Anyone offering any Newman stuff on DVD? And does anyone want my VHS tapes?

Hi Gary,
Maybe we could work something out....I could transfer your VHS tapes to DVD for you...one at a time if you like, so you can see the quality...in exchange for me keeping the tapes. Or something like that. Interested?

I could transfer the tapes to DVD myself. Instead, I want the newer DVDs that were redone from the original masters. A DVD copy of the tape would be no better than the VHS tape itself.
Additionally, what you suggest would violate copyright laws. Regardless of what Fran thinks, I'm not a criminal.
But thanks for the offer just the same. I hope this response doesn't sound harsh. It wasn't intended that way.
