I decided to keep and Harmony and will be listing the epiphone soon. It's from '39, good condition. The case is ok with handle and working latches and hinges. I changed the tone pot and cap and have the originals. I was thinking $300 plus shipping. I have some pics available. Thanks, Ron

The Epiphone Electar is a very nice steel, made in the days when Epiphone made high end guitars in their New York factory. Long before the company was sold to Gibson and eventually used as their economy line.

It's funny - those Gibson BR9s are going for $400+, and they are student models! The Electar is actually a much better instrument, but folks tend to think of Epiphone as a lesser brand due to the fact it is now Gibson's bitch But that certainly doesn't apply to this little gem, which was made in the 30s - Epiphone's golden era!

I've bought from Ron before and he's a good guy to do business with.
