Anyone got the tab for Waylon's "Rainy Day Woman"? And was that Mooney who layed it down? Mercy, what job!!!

Yes that was Ralph Mooney. I'm playing that song every night with Ed Burleson and I can tab that for you when I get back from all the gigs this weekend. Don't have time right now and if someone beats me to it, that will be cool too.

I did tab the intro; and It will be up on the site as soon as Graham gets it up there. I did send it to a couple of guys last night when I finished it; but it should be on the 1974 page for all to take in; very soon.
Again that Ralph Mooney stuff is hard to tab on todays e9th pedal steel; because Ralph had changes on his guitar that we don't normally have; but I tabbed it so most can play it with the normal changes we have today.

Moon did the intro to "Rainy Day Woman" just like he did on Wynn Stewart's "Big, Big Love" (per request by Waylon).

No wonder Ralph played it so well>LOL
Actually Ralph always played everything well.
His control over all his pedal changes; which usually only effected one string per pedal; is amazing.
Thanks Jimmy for that bit of Trivia; that's great stuff to know pal.
