RIP Pat, I wanted to post this, not that he is a steel player but for what he did to showcase so much steel guitar music.

Thanks for posting that!

Many, many years ago, I predicted that the little town of Gruene would eventually become nothing more than a shopping center/tourist attraction in the middle of a city.
Back then, Gruene was way out in the sticks.

Alas, civilization is creeping closer and closer to Gruene.
