i need one black Epiphone Electar knob to replace the broken knob on my steel.

You may be able to find a vintage Epiphone carousel knob on Reverb, but they are pretty expensive and usually sold in pairs.

This eBay auction has reproductions in both black and white.

Gibson also used those knobs in the prewar era on their own branded guitars as well as their Cromwells, Kalamazoos, etc.
