Over to the right of the Amazon listing, under "Paperback" is a clickable "Other, New, Used, Collectible from $34.77" line that will list one copy available for $34.77.

If you do a google type of search for the search terms
pedal steel guitar winnie winston
you'll see a lot of options listed, including directly from Hal Leonard. I chased a few down, including Hal Leonard direct, and they were showing backordered. But my bet is that if you really go down the line, you'll probably find one.
If you wanna spend way too much, here's one from Abe Books for $59.95 - https://www.abebooks.com/servlet/BookDetailsPL?bi=30881222145
My bet is that if you search carefully, you'll probably find one more reasonable. Not sure if the backordered is temporary of if they've gone out ot print. Hal Leonard isn't showing out of print, so I suspect it will be eventually back in general circulation again.
