Looking for a brand/model amplifier with good pedal steel sound. if possible under $500 even used. I know, I know, it’s the Indian and not the arrow. _________________ I have played guitar for over 60 years, PSG for 5 & bass for 7 years. Currently, I play bass in a band. I also collect guitars and basses. I live in Florida on the east coast. In my picture is a 1948 Gibson Grande of mine that was used in a Hank Williams movie. |

Ken, a lot of pro level players use Peavey Nashville 112. They sound great. You can find them used under 500. Usually around 400. There is a lot of discussion on what's best but I have personally seen many of these at steel shows and never a bad tone. Good luck. |

That tells me you probably already have an amp (and some effects) that will do just fine. |
