Has anyone ever replaced all of them. USA by the way. I'd particularly be interested in a point to point job with higher quality pots. I've cleaned them a few times but it doesn't last. RP

Interesting question. I had a pair of 112's (and several other Peavey models) that developed scratchy controls at a very early age. No one I asked seemed to think that replacements were financially feasible, so I quit buying Peavey's and went with Quilter. The Quilter Steelaire's had their own problems, but all-in-all, I have never had any regrets about buying them.

I guess if there's room, you could replace the original with a CTS, but I think you would have to ream all the holes, and change the knobs!

I bought mine directly from Peavey, I destroyed them by using the wrong contact cleaner and they pretty reasonably priced.
