Really nice, Marc. I like your arrangement and I especially like the suspended chords, as in the original song. And your intonation is spot on. Well done!

C diatonic. E to E. It's the only way to get all the voicings on this.
The front neck is 7 strings with a frozen lollipop tuner. I have it as a D6 or D7, depending on song. Lo hi D-A-B-D-F#-A-D.

Ah, diatonic. So that's what caught my ear, and makes this sound so interesting and different. One of the signature sounds of diatonic tunings is half-step notes played over sustained chords, a sound that is rarely heard on non-pedal steel. Very nice!
