C6 Made E-Z

I am trying to learn the C neck after 30 years on the E. I have Rick Kornacker's CD for C6 Made E-Z but I can't find the book that goes with it. I have Buddy's Basic C6 course but Rick's CD is more understandable to me. If anyone can point me to this material I'd really be grateful.
