This is one of my favorites, composed by Joseph Lamb of Montclair, NJ. This was published way late in his life, but he was at one time taken under the wing of Scott Joplin, his hero, who helped him get rags published by Stark Publishing.

Anyway, I’ve chosen one of my faves and a tough one to get me back in the groove. I can get so deeply involved in this that after a few weeks I need a few months off. But I am going to stick with it because it’s one of my favorite things I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing. Also, it really keeps my brain active.
