I ordered six individual strings from Amazon. I got one string at a time by six separate deliveries. They arrived by USPS and UPS one string at a time. Then after I had finally received all six strings, a couple days later I received another package with six strings in it.
Strange!

That's hilarious!
I hope there wasn't a separate shipping charge for each delivery.
