True point to point (no turret boards or PCs) handwired lunchbox amp. Octal and noval preamp tubes and 46L6 power tubes. Massive trannys. Fender tone stack with mid control

Sounds really great with all my steels..very compact. Hand wired quality. A real bargain at $700 plus ship and ins. Will ship but prefer local sale and try/buy.

Typical pricing for similar boutique amps is over $2000

I had a chance to play through this baby while visiting with John, and I can tell you it's one sweet little tone bomb...

Hey friends! Thanks for the kind comments an inquiries.
The amp weighs 21 lbs on my bathroom scale. The lunchbox is 12" X 8" and is 7.5" high, not counting the rubber feet which are 7/8" tall. Art... the amp sounds like a clean BF AB763 Fender..Think BF Showman-with slightly lower gain pre tubes for sweetness, headroom and lower noise floor.

John, did you purchase this or build it?? It is a fine looking amp, that is the right size and quality appears to be great. Due my own actions today, I have to wait a little. Dealing with Forum group reminds me of when a man's WORD was better than a lawyers contract Az Art

Hi, Jim
In the background of the photo of the amp is a black screened box with a handle. Does that attach to the amp?
Thx, steve t
