Interesting thing about "Heart Over Mind". In his live show, he did the Ray Price arraingement, complete with the iconic fiddle intro and break (done with twin fiddles). He usually opened the second set with it. Pretty stout.

FYI - For all my Brothers, that may not know, Mel was a Conferred 33rd Degree Mason. Great Man.

Very Happy Howdy! Amen W.J.! I got to meet Mel at his show in Branson in June 2001. We talked for a minute on the Scottish Rite. He was one fine person and will be missed.

I know that I have been grateful to Mel for 51 yrs now, as he spent alot of years entertaining the troops. as a Vietnam war Vet, i am very grateful to him and the Statesiders Az Art Play on Mel, Play on. Hope to hear you I join you! All my prayers are with the family.
