Evans solid state power amp. This unit was part of a powered speaker cabinet that Evans made specially for John Hughey in 1995. I bought it from the family after John's passing. I liked the JBL and speaker cab' but was not using the power amp, so am selling it.
I don't know the spec's; I believe it's not terribly powerful as it is not a very loud amp. With 4 mounting screws.
$175 shipped.

I remember when Jim Evans built that for John. I believe it's 100 watts if I remember right. Needs a line lever signal thru a preamp to perform correct. _________________ Henry Matthews

Thanks Henry. 100w corresponds to what I recall Scott (I believe it was Scott) from Evans telling me. Yes line level input needed. I'll post a pic of the cab' later--Rob |

This cab and JBL worked well with the power amp I'm selling. I was told by the family that John used it on gigs around town.
I've taken to driving it with other equipment over time and would like to put the Evans amp back in circulation. The price I'm asking is hard to evaluate, but for a 100 watt Evans unit it seemed reasonable.
