My guitar inventory consists of a National dual 8 and a Peavey "Robert Randolph" I have only been playing at home, using a Fender G Deck. I know, not good. I want a Peavey steel amp, but can't afford it now. My question, how would a Fender Champion 100 work if I took it out to play? Thanks Joe

Moved to Electronics from Steel Without Pedals.

The Fender Champion 100 should be a decent amp, plenty loud enough for whatever combination of instruments with which you'll be playing. What type of sounds are you looking to make? Whose tone do you admire?

Thanks Bob. I ended up the the Fender Blues Junior. I like the sound and not as heavy to tote around. Joe
