I have a track up for nomination in the Best American Roots Performance category. Voting for nomination begins Oct. 16.

If you are a voting member, I hope you'll consider me, and tell a friend, too.

The track is called I Mean You, a Thelonious Monk composition which I arranged in Bob Wills style.

This is the track:

I'll vote for you if you vote for me <g>. I have three in the hunt: jazz vocal, spoken word and arrangement for this project:

Cheers!

I'm voting this weekend Mike. You're on my ballot. Don't forget especially Spoken Word and Arrangement for Instrument and Vocal (and Jazz Vocal if you have time). Thanks!

I voted this weekend, too. Smile
A very time-consuming process.

Craig-I just finished emailing Jim Pitman about that!
Since it is very hard to find to find a reasonably priced place to live here, I ended up doing a couple of months in a motel, curtesy of Visa, I found a place but I have to stay off the card for a while.
I had so much fun at last years HSGA fest and I'm sure you, John, Jim, Mike and others will have no problem pulling out the all the stops :0)
