I bought two sets of these off of Amazon. They come in different models to match the frequency of your receiver. For example:

I bought the 1/2 wave ones and they solved the reception drop outs I was getting on the 1/4 wave antennas. Also make sure the two antennas on each receiver are at right angles to each other to maximize diversity reception. Other orientations will result in the two antenna signals cancelling each other to varying degrees. This is all explained in the user manual for the Shure receivers we bought.
