British steel guitarists will know about this but I'd like to extend the invitation internationally.
We have a small meet up and jam on a semi regular basis, the next one is on Nov 5th in Walthamstow, London UK, 12am-6pm. If you are in town or nearby and would like to attend, please message me.
Some of our best young pro players are coming along and we're really pleased to have the company of BJ Cole this time around. Beginners and all comers are welcome. There will be backing tracks, some traditional country and singer-songwriter tunes but the accent will be on the experimental, (easy) jazz and ambient.
There will be a spare pedal steel and plenty of opportunity to play even if you can't bring your instrument.
