Just wanted to brag on Jeff Surratt, Show Pro, and Southbound Custom Guitar Finishing for an absolutely perfect job on my new 4 X 5 Lloyd Green II S-10 Show Pro. Jeff calls the color "grape jelly" and the guys at Southbound did an unbelievable job on the lacquer finish - it's worthy of a hot rod. Real clean wiring and layout "under the hood" as well. As far as playability, Jeff has it set up perfectly - positive, accurate, super-smooth action on the pedals and knee levers and it sounds fantastic. First rate workmanship by all involved.
And for my push-pull buddies, don't worry, I'm still in the club and didn't sell anything. I just had a brief bout of Guitar Acquisiton Syndrome - and I'm really glad I did

| Jeff...Another gem by Mr. Surratt!! I proudly own the 'Grape Jelly I' Lloyd Green II model. Very similar to your guitar with the finish being the solid 'Grape' color. Jeff initially built it to be shown at the Dallas show but made the mistake of posting photos on 'Facebook'. Needless to say, it never reached Dallas and now resides in Va. Will attempt to post photos soon. |

| Beautiful guitar! Funny, I've been looking around the different websites since I got into this in May, trying to educate myself. I stumbled on Show Pro's site one day, and realized that I'd briefly taken lessons from Jeff almost 40 yrs ago here in Charlotte at a little family run music shop I used to frequent a lot - small world. |
