Its in very good condition.. Not mint, but just very light cosmetic and play wear..These are simply great guitars. Do your research, check out what people say about this series.. It plays fine and sounds great. These are laminated top guitars, but for whatever reason, they sing loud and sweet, with great tone, and are very highly regarded.. yamaha has always known how to make great sounding acoustics, just the way they brace and fit them.... The price is right, its in good shape, comes in a good lightweight zipper hard case ... If there is any interest at all, I will get pics up.... bob _________________ I'm over the hill and hittin'rocks on the way down!

I would let it go for $125 without the case as well, if someone doesn't need the case..
The back is very clean, you are seeing reflection, glare and fingerprints is all.. Its a very clean guitar.. Late 70's early 80's is when these were built.. bob

Chris.. I imagine its about $35. Thats as close as I can figure roughly as of right now. I don't mind coming up a few bucks short if you don't. It might be $32, or $37, or 28 or 29, something like that, but right now I'll call it $35. I shipped an acoustic the same size 2 weeks ago, to pa, right across the border and it was low $30's.. I would say $180 shipped would be a fair deal all around . Let me know if you are ok with that... btw, PM me, probably easier than discussing here....bob _________________ I'm over the hill and hittin'rocks on the way down!

Hey Bob, I have one of these that I bought at a yard sale a couple of years ago and it's by far my best sounding acoustic guitar which includes my Martin, Ovation, Breedlove & Seagull......JH in Va. _________________ Don't matter who's in Austin (or anywhere else) Ralph Mooney is still the king!!! |

wow... Thanks Chris for being truthful and honest with our friends here!. lol . I am really happy you like that guitar, its a really good sounding Yammie.. I played it alogside 2 others at the store years ago before deciding that one outclassed the other 2.
I only sold it as I needed an acoustic/electric for playing at church a few times a month.. Didn't need the money, but that old yamaha was too nice a guitar to sit in the case untouched. I simply hadn't played it in a long time as you could see from the crust on the strings. I really liked it, and most likely will keep an eye open for a similar one. I go to garage sales year round and stuff like that pops up several times a year for me.
.. anyway, its a good sounding guitar for certain, and I am really happy you agree!... bob _________________ I'm over the hill and hittin'rocks on the way down!
