I had this amp for sale several months ago, changed my mind,,but have decided again to sell. Not sure how old it is, but it is the silver cornered. Recently serviced locally by Peavey authorized service man. Original, no mods. Peavey logo on front was cracked so I took it off to replaced,,,never did, now lost the old logo. $350,,,can do paypal,,,prefer local (San Antonio or Austin),,,or will drive up to 100 miles to meet someone to avoid shipping cost. Can't post pics at this time,,,cosmetically VERY good,,,9 0f 10. maybe I can find the old post.

At the end of the day, when all the "boutiques" are finally paid for,,,and the "rack" systems are "set up",,,the NV 400 has still got "that" sound,,,,steel guitar at it's finest,,,just "plug and play",,,
This "tried and true" old faithful is available,,, |

I agree with Erv 100% about the Nashville 400. Since we do not get a lot of gigs here in Beijing, I tend to play it more at home unless the gig requires a big sound. The 400 has also been very dependable.
For most small gigs, I use the ROLAND cube 80 XL miked. Stevet |

Best sound I've ever had, was using two Nash 400's. One wet and one dry. The Nash 400 is a great amp. Notice Wayne Dahl demonstrating that beautiful PP Emmons that is for sale, using a Nash 400 during that demo.
I learned that wet and dry set up from Bruce Bouton at a Ricky Scaggs concert in Ok. City. |
