Great guitar, I own one exactly like it, but without the label on the center neck. What does the label say? You can go to http://www.remingtonsteelguitars.com/ and probably find out more.

From Remington's website, a new triple eight sells for $2395. You don't see these come up for sale very often but I would expect something in the $1400-$1800 range with normal depreciation. You might try the Forum's search feature and see if you can tell what they've sold for in the past.
