A big thank you to, and public acknowledgement of Dave Beaty and the Telonics team- despite proper adaptor protocol, a mysterious sound check power problem in Spain somehow fried my volume pedal power supply - Dave at Telonics immediately went above and beyond with personal product support and trouble shooting-feeling very grateful. |

Yes, Dave (and everyone at Telonics) is a model for how customers should be dealt with. He will do whatever is necessary to take care of any problem we may have with his products. |

When I bought my Telonics amp, I was told to call Dave after using it. Somehow, it just didn't seem like the proper thing to do, getting the head man on the phone. I did, however, and it was like talking to an old friend. I already had total respect for their product, but now I have total respect for their people. Thanks, Dave! |
