Looking For A Reel To Reel Tape Machine

I'm looking for a working reel to reel tape machine. Should take up to a 7" reel. I want to transfer some old band tapes to CD. So i just want something that plays preferably with a line out. It can even be mono or stereo. Must play at the correct speeds. I know they have them on ebay, but most say they have no way to test them to see if they even work or not. Just let me know what ya got. Appreciated Very Happy
