Where could I buy metal corners for a Carter S10 case?

Thanks. The corners on my case are big ugly things. I think the original owner had wheels on it and took them off before selling.

Antique Electronics has Metal Corners. While they have a great selections of parts and stuff for old electronics, they also have a good selection of General Electronics and Hardware.

HTH. Good luck with your project.

https://www.parts-express.com/cat/case-cabinet-corners/647 has just about the best prices going for case hardware...and unparalleled customer service.

If your case has radiused corners and edges, you can use those posted by others here.

If you have totally square corners or would like to use ball corners, which will give your case panels better protection, here's a link to one of the largest case materials company with probably the best selection. http://www.pennelcomonline.com/us/Flight-Case-Corners/c-338.aspx

Thanks Jerry. Lots of great stuff here. The corners on my case are ball corners. I don't know if they're original or not. I think I'll just replace them all.

You're Welcome Charlie. Here's a 1 1/2" corner that I have and see on a lot of steel cases. Has the built in bulb that also acts as a sort of glide. http://www.pennelcomonline.com/us/Penn-Elcom-Medium-Ball-Corner-C1187Z/m-8733.aspx

Of course you need to make sure your existing straps etc. will allow a 1 1/2" corner.

Another nice thing about these is, for a heavy item like a steel, the ball is taller than the mounting screw area and allows space so that the screws/rivets don't gouge your expensive wood floors or snag the carpet.
