Can some one tell me how many ohms is this black widow? I will be replacing 2 of them into my Marrs stereo cabs. Any suggestions ?

Unless it's marked somewhere on the item, it's not apparent.
However, there is a way to tell.

Take a digital ohm meter and measure the resistance between the two terminals.
It should read slightly less than the speaker impedance.
If it reads 6 ohms or thereabouts, the speaker impedance is 8 ohms.
If it reads 3 ohms, the speaker is a 4 ohm model.

Ought to be a white tag by the terminal plate with the model and impedance...i.e. 1501 imp 4 ohm etc. ex:
