Just curious...anybody know why Rogue dropped this guitar? I wonder if it might have been a legal patent or copyright problem? I bought one of these and it had some issues so I returned it, currently looking for another one but you don't see 'em on Ebay too often.

I see you got rid of the ash trays lol. I did the same thing with my SX lap steels.

Well I just missed one on ebay, actually forgot the bidding ended tonight at 8 and someone snatched it at the last minute. I hate trying to deal with an auction anyway. Went for $125 which is more than I really wanted to pay but I think I'm done with auctions on Ebay. If it's not buy it now, I'm not wasting my time.

Jim, if a Jersey Lightning is what you want, I hope you are able to find one.

I can tell you this though, I found a Rondo SX for cheap that is killer tone. About $125 new from co. with a P90 pickup and gig bag. Maybe even a stand. Nice construction...I don't know how they do it really.

Look around and you can probably find one for under a C note.

I've been playing steel for about 40 yrs. now...had a few lap steels too, but in this price range it's hard to miss with this one. JMO. http://www.rondomusic.com/product4230.html

Thanks Harry, I have two of the SX guitars and agree they are great for the money. I've been seriously considering the 8 string one. I just liked the Style of the Jersey lightning and have always wanted to add one to the collection Smile
