Passive Carter pedal, lightly used. I put a Bradshaw Dunlop pot in a few years ago. There is a spring-and-string mechanism to keep tension on the pedal so it stays where you left it when you take your foot off. This might need slight adjusting; it rocks forward a tiny bit when I take my foot off. Not noticeable while in use.
