I have a new Goodrich Pot. Anyone know which lead goes to which post on the back of the Pot? Any help is appreciated.

If you look at the connectors from the back as it if were a face w 2 eyes and a mouth- as you are looking at it, the ground goes to the left eye, the input goes to the right eye, and the output goes to the mouth.

Here's another diagram that shows how the new pins correspond to the old tabs. The wire colors are different of course, but you can still see how they route.
