Thanks, Joe - that was great. Jerry Byrd was called the "Master of Touch and Tone" - I wonder what he'd say about this performance...

I saw the Everly brothers with Buddy and Albert Lee...I think Larry London was on drums. Don't recall the bass player but, those guys were so respectful to the songs it was remarkable. The brothers did give them a chance to stretch in the middle of the show but during the hits, everyone stuck to the script. So tasty. Man, that was a few years back now!

it does take some perseverance though to make it through the steel part. What a horrible wall of synthesized string sounds, so 1980s!
