What did we all decide was the best??? an amp with headphone out-- or a headphone amp ? I have a Fender Champion 20 with a jack,,but it seems low on power for lasting notes and swells. Does the ratio of power for headphones, follow the output power of the amp? More is more?? _________________ Dick Lotspeich |

Some practice amps (probably many of them) with headphone jacks limit/reduce the volume available to the headphones to protect your ears -- and protect them from lawsuits. |

I prefer a headphone amp because then you can have stereo reverb. I hate the totally mono feel of the guitar lodged in the skull. _________________ Make sleeping dogs tell the truth!

The Nashville 112 has a headphone jack that works great. Also the Roland Cubes have it. |

Wow! That is funny...
I totally agree. I use the headphone jack on my mixer that combines my steel and CD or other media. But, I would also agree that a headphone amp is good, too. _________________ RICK ABBOTT
